Where is Westward Shores Lakeside Camping Resort Located? We are located on Rte 16 in West Ossipee, NH. About 20 miles south of North Conway. The Park is situated on the Northwest Shores of Ossipee Lake. What type of Park is Westward Shores Lakeside Camping Resort? We are a mainly seasonal type campground. What this means is that most of our sites are rented on a seasonal basis allowing families to set up their site and call it their home on the lake all summer. We do have some sites available for nightly rental, though these are usually referred guests by our seasonal families. If you would like to give us a try though, call us and we will try to accommodate your family too! What is there to do at Westward Shores Lakeside Camping Resort? Well since we are on the shores of a beautiful New Hampshire lake... Let's go to the beach. We have two here. They both have gradual entry into the crystal clear water. We have over 2000' of sandy shore front for swimming. Then there's the boating, sailing, kayaking, tubing, water skiing, fishing...Whew! I think it's time to go back and relax on that beach. Is Westward Shores Lakeside Camping Resort close to anything else to do? We are in the heart of the Lakes Region and just south of the White Mountains Region. This means fun! Shopping, Dining, Family Attractions, Sightseeing. There is so much to do that we have links to some of the area chambers of commerce websites. Explore these sites and you'll get an idea of all the fun things that are happening around our area. What is the WWS Pet Policy? We are happy to invite well behaved quiet pets at Westward Shores. We do have some rules concerning our guests pets that must be followed. 1. All pets must be leashed at all times. 2. Pets may not be left on site unattended. 3. Pets are not allowed on the Beaches, Market Area or The Point and Gas Dock Area 4. Pets owners must always carry a doggie bag to clean up after their pets business.
